Who are you and what sets you apart?

My name is Emelie and I work as a New Business Development Manager at etichetta.it. I love having a dynamic job that allows me to move from spreadsheets to the creative side with design programs. I also enjoy planning activities and taking them step by step.

What is your career path?

I completed a retail training program and then worked for a few years in a visual communications company. There I gained experience in printing by creating files and assisting in the product assembly stage. Meanwhile, I completed my studies in business management at a technical school.

How did you join etichetta.it?

After finishing my studies, I wanted to try something new and came across a job ad online from etichetta.it. My first impression was immediately very positive, so I decided to apply.

What is your role at etichetta.it and what is your typical day?

My job in New Business Development is to develop new markets and online shops. My daily routine is very dynamic because I follow several projects at the same time and am constantly facing new challenges. Mainly I coordinate different departments and external partners to ensure that a new shop is successfully launched.

What makes your work special to you?

For me, the real highlight of my work is the variety. I am often given completely new tasks and have to learn everything from scratch, which is really inspiring. And when everything works out as planned in the end, it is a huge satisfaction.

What I appreciate most in this company is the freedom and confidence I am given. It is not the classic 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. office job, but one that I go to with pleasure every day.

What was the most significant moment of your experience at etichetta.it?

It is hard to find a single significant moment, probably the corporate Christmas party or the summer party!
