The Components of Roll Labels

The grid (2) is the excess material that is removed after the labels are die-cut. In addition, the carrier material (3) serves as the base on which the labels are transported. What Shapes Can My Labels Have?

When it comes to printing and finishing custom adhesive labels on rolls, there are practically no limits to your imagination. With us, you will have a choice of different types of label cutting that will allow you to have self-adhesive labels in the shape you want as long as they meet certain requirements:

Minimum size: 20 mm wide x 20 mm high
Maximum size: 585 mm wide x 308 mm high

Also remember, when you choose the shape of your roll labels on the online calculator, you will need to select:

• Rectangular shape: for any label with 90-degree angles (including square shape) and a corner radius of 0.5 mm;
• Circular shape: for any label whose shape is a perfect circle (no oval);
• Custom shape: for any other fomat

What colors can be printed with?

etichetta.it is an online label maker that prints in four-color, which is the combination of cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK). In the case of transparent labels or labels of a different color from white, you can choose opaque white as a special color. If you wish, you can provide us with print files containing Pantone® colors. Pantone® colors will be recognized by our machines and simulated in four-color (contact us before placing an order with a file that contains Pantone® colors). Of course, we also produce neutral labels or blank, unprinted labels, die-cut only.
