Who are you and what sets you apart?

My name is André Alten, and I am 47 years old. I would describe myself as a cheerful, open person with a positive attitude. Good humor is simply part of my everyday life.

What is yourprofessional path?

I started my career as an electrician and then worked for 7 years as a service technician. Later I spent 14 years as a janitor at Landal Holiday Park. I also accrued 5 years as a technician for entertainment devices. Since 2025 I have been part of the etichetta.it team as a Technical Manager dealing with facilities management and maintenance.

How did you come to etichetta.it?

Some friends who were already working for etichetta.it asked me if I wanted to join the team.

What are you involved in today at etichetta.it and what is a typical workday like?

I make sure all the machines work and everything runs smoothly-I am the company’s “handyman.”

What do you like most about your work?

What I value most is the opportunity to grow freely. My work is very diverse: I can find creative solutions and support others on their journey, actively contributing to team results.

What has been the most significant moment of your experience with etichetta.it so far?

A highlight for me was the re-launch of our DigiSheet machine and, of course, corporate parties, such as the summer and Christmas parties.
