Who are you and what sets you apart?

Hi, I’m Florian and I’m part of the online marketing team at etichetta.it. What sets me apart? Good question! I would say my sunny attitude, sense of humor and a lot of passion for what I do.

What has been your career path?

When I was 18 years old, I still wasn’t clear about what I wanted to be when I grew up, so I decided to pursue an apprenticeship as a salesperson. After graduation, I worked for a year as a department manager and then moved into sales at a wholesale company. It was there that my interest in marketing, particularly social media, was born.
Meanwhile, I took courses in business administration, social media marketing, and online marketing management. After two years in sales, I decided to follow my passion and landed at etichetta.it

How did you come to etichetta.it?

The path was fairly straightforward: I had realized that my previous job no longer gave me satisfaction. So while looking for new opportunities online, I came across an ad on etichetta.it for a position as a customer consultant. The young and dynamic image of the company immediately won me over, so I did not hesitate to apply.

What is your role in etichetta.it? What’s a typical day like for you?

After starting in customer service, I had the opportunity to move into online marketing, specializing in social media – practically my dream job! Today I manage etichetta.it’s social channels: creating content, analyzing performance, and collaborating on special projects.

What makes your work special?

Creativity, without a doubt. Creating content every day is a challenge, but I love finding new insights, developing ideas, and making posts and videos that can really engage.
I find it great that etichetta.it has believed in the importance of the role of social media manager, dedicating a full-time position to it. It’s not something so obvious, but for me it’s critical!

Your best moment in etiquette.com?

Definitely corporate parties are always special moments! But social projects also give me so much satisfaction. Right now we are working on a series of fun and informative reels about labels and everything about them. I can’t wait to share them!
