The file format does not match what was ordered

The format of the uploaded file does not match that of the label ordered. The file must be the same size as the label, plus 2.5 mm of bleed on each side. This means that if, for example, you need labels in the 55 x 65 mm format, the drawing board must be the same size and 2.5 mm of abundance must then be added on each side; the final exported file, including abundance, must then be the size of 60 x 70 mm. It is critical that the abundance is not included at the label size but is set as a bleed page.
