We are a label printer that makes digitally printed custom adhesive labels; digital printing is a flexible method of printing adhesive labels and can be combined with various finishes to produce high-quality custom labels. Digital label printing also allows companies to combine several references into one run.

What materials are available for custom roll labels?

We offer a range of materials industry-ready and FSC-certified, as well as a range of specialty materials and adhesives. What formats are available?

All labels and stickers are made according to our customers’ requirements. We can produce adhesive labels on a roll in all shapes and sizes, not working with pre-existing templates or templates. The shape and size of the label, as well as the graphics themselves, are designed and supplied by our customers; all we need is a print-ready file so we can make a custom cut for your adhesive label. What finishes are available?

How can products be labeled?

The application of adhesive labels is a crucial time because your product and label become one; they become what the potential customer will see and decide to buy or not to buy. That is why we know exactly how important this is to you. There are two ways of labeling products, namely in a mechanical and automatic way and in a totally manual way.

Automatic labeling

Every automatic labeling machine works differently. We can make custom reels suitable for any type of automatic labeling machine. There are three important elements to consider if you will be applying your labels via an automatic labeling machine: the direction of unwinding, the size of the inner core of the reel, and the outer diameter of the reel.

Direction of unwinding

The winding directions affects the way the roll labels are placed on the reel and the direction in which they are applied to your product packaging.

Inner coil core

The core is essentially the cardboard tube over which the adhesive labels are wound. The size of the core is important, as this is the element of the coil that will need to fit perfectly on your label maker. If too large, the coil will not rotate and you will not be able to apply the labels. If too small, the reels will not fit in the labeling machine!

Maximum outer diameter

Each automatic labeling machine supports reels with different maximum diameter sizes. It is essential to know the settings of your labeling machine to avoid ordering too large reels that your machine will not be able to use.

Manual labeling

If you apply your roll adhesive labels by hand, there are not too many things to consider; you will simply peel the labels off the roll and apply them by hand! One thing that may be worth considering is the “number of labels” per reel. We want to be able to help you, and those in your company who are in charge of application, handle reels of a manageable diameter.
