How to calculate your estimate

Quantity of labels and number of graphics

The number of labels entered here is the grand total of roll labels you want to order/receive.

If you want to order labels with different graphics (front back, flavors, variations, etc.) we can produce them together. It is important that they be of the same material and format and shape.

In case one of your labels is a “bestseller” and you want to print it in a larger quantity no problem. After placing your order you will be prompted to upload the print file, at which point you can enter quantities for each individual label or graphic.

Example:

• Quantity: 4000 labels
• Number of graphics: 3

Breakdown of labels:

• 2000 labels: Cocoa flavor
• 1000 labels: Strawberry flavor
• 1000 labels: Coffee flavor

Shape and format of labels

We can produce promotional labels and stickers of any shape and size. Enter the size and select the shape (round, rectangular, custom, etc.). Please note that the corner radius is 0.5mm. In case you need a larger radius, please select “custom” as the shape

Materials and finishes

We supply roll labels to different business sectors, and the calculator contains the most commonly used materials. Materials are in plain and processed opaque and glossy papers for wine or beer bottles and canned goods and jars, polypropylene and polyethylene for the beverage and nutrition industry, metal films and many others. We certainly have the material you are looking for, and our customer service team is available to recommend the material best suited to your labeling needs and special applications. We recommend that you try the materials as both functional and adhesive, which is why we offer you a free sample book of the labels we produce. This way you can touch the quality of the materials and discover our finishes ranging from hot stamping to embossing.

Colors

Four-color; CMYK Color mode

We print your custom labels with digital printing: Four colors are used in digital printing; Cyan, Magenta, Yellowand BlacK(black)

CMYK color mode is used regardless of the amount of colors in your label. We will use different percentages of C, M, Y, and K to create each of the colors, tones, and shades present in the graphic. To put it simply, if your label has colors other than black you will need to select “CMYK four-color” when selecting “colors”

Printing with opaque white: Opaque white ink is a special ink that is used only on silver and transparent materials. In general, it is used to print white text or other white elements on labels, or to have white coverage on silver label. You can download our guidelines for printing files in pdf.

Painting / Laminating

You may choose a matte or gloss protective varnish or a matte or gloss lamination.

Once you have entered all the required data into the calculator you will be able to see a real-time quote for your labels including shipping costs and production date. • Express production surcharge: 25%.
