Roll-printed labels for B2B

Labels and stickers are a versatile and inexpensive marketing tool used by companies and brands in all industries. There are two categories: labelling of products and promotional stickers for marketing. It is important to know that there are several ways to make custom adhesive labels and printed stickers.

Our focus is mostly on small and medium-sized enterprises that require self-adhesive labels on a roll.

#1 Materials suitable for industrial use

Custom adhesive roll labels can be printed on a wide variety of materials, with very few limitations. Whether printed on natural matte papers (synonymous with the wine, spirits and organic food industries), glossy white or clear polypropylene films (associated with household products and cosmetics), the labels on a roll offer companies endless possibilities. When it comes to materials, it is important not to overlook the role of adhesive. In addition to permanent adhesives, commonly used for packaging labels, we also offer removable and freezer-grade adhesive options.

#2 Fully customisable labels

The printing of custom labels sets no limits on sizes, shapes or finishes, ideal given the growing need for companies to differentiate themselves from competitors to offer unique products that will appeal to potential buyers. Our customers can customise their printed labels using a cut line with a custom shape or possibly adding hot stamping. The digital printing of labels offers companies the opportunity to experiment with customisation and release limited edition runs.

#3 Professional application

Applying printed labels to products and bottles in high runs using automatic labelling machines is certainly much more efficient and accurate than manual application. Many of our customers choose to add supplementary information to roll-printed labels as they are applied to products. Labels intended for food products (e.g. packaging dates), lot numbers and any other information can be added through an overprinting method called thermal transfer printing.
